Plenty of time in the 2-tear course for studying the basics to applied culinary. We offer a distinctive feature in our lessons with 930 hours of practical training. You will acquire true strength with the various types of training lessons. Also, you will accomplish a variety of knowledge on service, beverage, and management of the restaurants. It is an environment where you can get an image of your future success and notice your possibilities.

You will be able to master culinary techniques sufficiently, with the curriculums that include effective details of Nakamura School’s know-how. You will also be able to acquire culinary license by finishing this course, which normally would require 2 years of operational experience and state examination. In the 1-year training you can concentrate on improving your skills, so it is recommended for people who want to start actual work quickly and also for people who have already experienced other work, have graduated university, or junior college.

We open a restaurant for public consumer for 5 to 10 days every month.
